2. Service Description and Licensing

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements
To use our services, you must:

4. Booking Terms and Conditions
Reservations:
- All bookings require advance payment and are subject to availability
- Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed

Payment Terms:
- Full payment or deposit required at booking (varies by adventure type)

Cancellation Policy:
- 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
- 15-29 days: 75% refund
- 7-14 days: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund unless emergency circumstances
- Weather/Safety Cancellations: Full refund or rescheduling option
5. Safety Requirements and Participant Responsibilities
Mandatory Requirements:

- Use provided safety equipment properly and as instructed
- Disclose any medical conditions, medications, or physical limitations
- Maintain adequate physical fitness for chosen adventure level
Participant Conduct:
- Respectful behavior toward guides, staff, other participants, and local communities
- No alcohol or illegal substances before or during activities
- Environmental responsibility and Leave No Trace principles
- Compliance with local laws and regulations
6. Risk Acknowledgment and Assumption
Inherent Risks: Participants acknowledge that outdoor adventure activities involve inherent and significant risks including but not limited to:
- Serious injury, permanent disability, or death from falls, collisions, equipment failure
- Weather-related hazards including hypothermia, heat exhaustion, lightning
- Wildlife encounters and environmental hazards
- Remote location challenges affecting rescue and medical response
- Equipment malfunction despite proper maintenance
By participating, you voluntarily assume these risks and release WanderWays from liability for injuries or damages resulting from inherent adventure activity risks.
7. Insurance and Liability Coverage
WanderWays maintains comprehensive business insurance including:
- General liability coverage for business operations
- Professional liability for guide services
- Equipment and property coverage
- Commercial auto insurance for transportation
Participant Insurance Recommendations:
- Personal travel insurance strongly recommended
- Adventure sports coverage for high-risk activities
- Medical evacuation insurance for remote location activities
- Trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WanderWays' total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific adventure or service giving rise to the claim.
WanderWays shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities
- Personal injury or property damage due to participant negligence
- Damages resulting from weather, natural disasters, or acts of God
- Third-party actions or services beyond our control
9. Force Majeure and Weather Policy
WanderWays may modify, postpone, or cancel activities due to:
- Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
- Government regulations or permit restrictions
- Safety concerns or emergency situations
- Insufficient participant numbers (minimum group sizes apply)
- Guide illness or unavailability due to emergency
In such cases, we will offer rescheduling options or full refunds. No additional compensation will be provided for related expenses (travel, accommodation, etc.).
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on WanderWays website, including text, images, logos, and multimedia, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or display our content without written permission
- Use our trademarks or logos in any commercial manner
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our website
- Create derivative works based on our proprietary content
11. Photography and Media Release
By participating in our adventures, you consent to:
- Photography and video recording during activities for safety and marketing purposes
- Use of your likeness in promotional materials, website, and social media
- Sharing of images on WanderWays marketing channels (you may opt-out upon request)
Participants retain rights to their personal photos and may request removal of images containing their likeness from our marketing materials.
